Shipping

All EU orders have free shipping and returns. For shipping through Europe we kindly ask you to allow between 1-4 labour days.

Shipping flat rate for US, Canada and Mexico orders is 15€. Orders above 250€ have free shipping. Please allow between 2-5 labour days.

Shipping rates for Asia, Australia and NZ are 30€. Orders above 250€ have free shipping. Please allow between 4-10 labour days to be delivered.

We ship around Europe, UK, North America (USA, Canada and Mexico), Asia, Australia & NZ. Please let us know if you're trying to purchase from somewhere else and we'll try to provide you with an international rate.

Returns

All EU orders have free returns.

Please note returns and exchanges must be done 30 days after you received your order.

In case you wish to make a return or exchange your order, you must please contact us at orders@bassalbassal.com. In case you are in Europe we will provide you a return label. In case you are abroad you can send it back to us at:

To prevent bad usage of our products and for your own security, we use special labels in our products which must remain in their original place when returned. Any return or exchange without this special label will not be accepted.

When we receive your order back and checked everything is correct we will refund your money back or proceed to change size and/or model.
