And, the CUSTOMER, whose data we provide through registration forms BASSAL. offers via this website, to proceed with the hiring or purchasing of products freely chosen and specified in this contract. You, the CUSTOMER, acknowledge that the information provided is accurate, current, and provided by the individual himself or herself, and confirms that the contracting party is not a minor.
These General Terms & Conditions are intended as procurement and acceptance of the services provided by BASSAL. to their customers regarding the products offered on its website, from ordering, payment and delivery as well as aftermarket services, in the terms outlined in this contract.

Trading conditions and terms of service of BASSAL., as well as deals that can be made by or through BASSAL., always appear on the website http://www.bassal.store, so they can be viewed, archived, or printed. BASSAL. reserves the right to modify at any time these terms and conditions and any other document found on the website without previous announcement.
BASSAL. is responsible for the reliability, accuracy of content, data and/or information regarding the products on the BASSAL. website, unless these have been modified by third parties outside the organization or without express permission of the company. The services provided by BASSAL. are solely limited to making available to customers the products offered on this website.
The CUSTOMER agrees to comply with the provisions of the Policies published by BASSAL. on its website at the time of purchase.
6. PRICES, CONDITIONS, DELIVERY AND PAYMENT
PRICES- In consideration of the products ordered, you agree to pay expressly BASSAL. the specified amount at the time the price relationship is established on the website, prices already include the value added tax (VAT).
The prices indicated on the website are in Euros (€), and do not include delivery costs where they may apply. BASSAL.. reserves the right to change prices at any time, However, BASSAL. agrees to apply the current price published on the website at the time of the final completion of an order.
PAYMENT- Payment must be provided prior to the shipment of products. BASSAL. does not send and/or service the products requested until payment has been received in full.
Payments are made through Shopify, PayPal, Klarna and through Caixabank TPVs.
With PayPal financial information is never sent to BASSAL., PayPal encrypts and protects your credit and debit card numbers. Pay online by simply indication your email address and password after registering an account with PayPal.
DELIVERY- Locations to which BASSAL. will send their products are listed in the Shipments page in this website. Delivery costs will be determined by the breakdown of the total price of the purchase(s) depending on the delivery destination, this will be run by the CUSTOMER and added to the total amount of your order at the moment your order is processed, price breakdown is made according to the following table:
7. ORDER CANCELLATION
The CUSTOMER may only cancel an order on the same day of the completion of the purchase and before 16:00 (4:00pm) local Spanish time. Cancellations are made by sending emails to email@example.com
8. DELIVERY OF AN ORDER
After preparing the order, it is then sent through a courier or transport agency, generally being the company UPS and Correos. However, BASSAL. may have to contract the services of another transport company, depending on the availability. The delivery of purchase products is considered completed from the provision of an order of the CUSTOMER by the courier or transportation company, there is a record of the same for the control system used by said companies.
Orders will be delivered within the number of days as indicated on Shiping, the number of days indicated always being business days and start counting after the BASSAL. receipt of the order. If there are any logistical circumstances, acts of God or force majeure, which prevents compliance with these terms, causing delay in delivery, BASSAL. will try to inform you as soon as possible.
It is the sole responsibility of the recipient to verify the order upon its delivery. You must ensure that all of the references have arrived with your order and that nothing is missing or damaged. If the CUSTOMER were to subsequently detect any damage and/or broken items the CUSTOMER must communicate this to BASSAL. via email within 7 business days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the details below. 9. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns- If the customer wishes to return any purchased products their money will be fully refunded, with out justification, if the item(s) is returned within 14 business days of receipt. The CUSTOMER shall notice BASSAL. via email at email@example.com CUSTOMER must return the product(s) via courier by their own means and assuming all delivery costs to the address Carrer Mestre Nicolau 10, 08021, Barcelona, SPAIN addressed to BASSAL.
Exchanges- In the event that the CUSTOMER wishes to make a change of model, size or color, of a purchased product the CUSTOMER must notify BASSAL. via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving the product. The CUSTOMER must specify in the email which product they currently have in their possession as well as detailed information clearly indicating which product(s) they would like to have in exchange. Exchanges can be made for products of an equal or lesser value or by paying the difference in price of an item that is more expensive. The CUSTOMER must return the product(s) via courier by their own means and assuming all related postage costs. Returns and exchanges must be sent to the address Carrer del Mestre Nicolau 10, 08021, Barcelona, SPAIN addressed to MR. BASSAL. 1985, S.L. Shipment of the new model or color will also be assumed by the CUSTOMER. In case the exchange is due to a different size of the product shipment with the new product will be paid by BASSAL.
Only upon receipt of the product to be exchanged will BASSAL. send out a new product. Products will be shipped to the address provided by the CUSTOMER. BASSAL. in these cases, reserves the right to make changed based on the availability of stock of the new product requested by the CUSTOMER.
Damaged Items- In the case of defective goods, or erroneous orders due to fault by BASSAL., all return postage costs will be paid by BASSAL..
To this end, the CUSTOMER must notify BASSAL. via email at email@example.com within 14 days of receipt of the item(s), specifying the reason for exchange and/or return due to damage. In which case BASSAL. will send a reply via email to the CUSTOMER specifying the manner in which the product is to be recollected.
Upon receiving the returned defected product(s) BASSAL.. will proceed to mail the newly ordered product to the address provided by the CUSTOMER.
BASSAL. reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges of their products, regardless of whether that return or exchange it attributed to BASSAL. or the CUSTOMER, if all the following requirements and/or conditions are not met:
1. The product must be in perfect condition or in the condition with which it was received upon delivery, without stains or damage, and must retain its original packaging (otherwise the CUSTOMER will assume a depreciation of the value of the product), original labeling with all accessories and/or accompanying documentation. The product must be accompanied by a copy of the delivery receipt with written proof of all details identifying the receiver (order number, name of recipient, address, etc.).
2. The product in question cannot appear to have been worn. BASSAL. reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of any of their products if the product appears to have been used or worn.
If the returned product is not accepted by BASSAL. on the grounds that the product in question appears to have been used or worn BASSAL. will communicate this to the CUSTOMER. In such cases these products will remain in the distribution warehouse located at Carrer Mestre Nicolau 10, 08021 Barcelona, SPAIN. Said product will remain at this location until it is collected by the CUSTOMER or by a courier service hired by the CUSTOMER, this must be done within a period of 30 days after being informed the product will not be accepted by BASSAL.. In such cases the CUSTOMER shall neitherseek nor be eligible for reimbursement.
In cases where the CUSTOMER is entitled to a refund reimbursement will be made to the account the original purchase was made from. If for any reason this is not possible due to problems or complications with the issuing bank BASSAL. will ask the CUSTOMER to provide alternative account information in order to complete the refund process.
10. VALIDATING THE PURCHASE PROCEDURE AS PROOF OF ACCEPTANCE AND COMPLETION OF THE CONTRACT
Both parties expressly state their acceptance of the offer of the products/services by BASSAL.. to the CUSTOMER, who is fully aware and understands the Policies.
