Of all the purchases you make online, how many are from local businesses and how many are from large corporations? If we stop and think think perhaps the result will surprise us, but it does not have to mean that we cannot reverse the trend.
The first thing we should think about when we buy both from local brands and local retailers is how much these companies invest in their most direct environment and how these initiatives benefit us.
If they use their local ecosystem wisely (suppliers, work centers, local collaborations, optimal salaries, taxes, etc.) they promote a direct benefit to the social environment.
Searching for them and knowing how to identify these players is our function, but once identified, we must support their goals, stand by their side and feel proud of the world they promote for us and those who will follow us.
