Items purchased on Bassal.Store are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return.
Socks and underwear are not eligible for return or exchange for hygienic reasons. Gift cards are also non-refundable.

Bassal.Store reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.
